Thank you for shopping with Athenauras Studios. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and we aim to make our returns and refunds process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


IMPORTANT NOTICE

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  • Returns and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
  • Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. This is disclosed before purchase and within this policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Be submitted for return within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned used, damaged by the customer or missing original packaging

HOW TO START A RETURN

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item and any additional steps required.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs will be clearly communicated before your return is processed.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days and work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 2–3 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank. Processing times may vary by institution.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank directly

EXCHANGES

We currently only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if this applies to your order.
