Thank you for shopping with Athenauras Studios. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • High order volume periods
  • Product launches and promotional events
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected operational delays

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (TRINIDAD & TOBAGO)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, delivery location and number of items ordered.

Orders are shipped via Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) or an equivalent local carrier. Depending on your delivery location, orders may be delivered directly to your address or to your nearest postal facility.

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks after shipment.

Please note that delivery within Trinidad and Tobago is handled through local postal infrastructure, which may result in longer delivery windows compared to courier-based services. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any known delays.

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped. You can monitor your shipment using the provided tracking number through the TTPost website or your local postal branch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–6 weeks
  • Canada: 3–6 weeks
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 weeks

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, destination postal carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT charges, or additional fees imposed by their country. Athenauras Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier disruptions.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays and postal service disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Natural disasters or public health emergencies
  • Transportation interruptions

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will communicate any known disruptions that may affect your order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to assist you.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reporting a lost package, as postal delays are common and packages often arrive after the estimated date.

Please note that Athenauras Studios cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal carriers, customs agencies or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We strongly encourage you to verify your shipping address before completing your order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear in the carrier system after your shipment is collected.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Athenauras Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
