SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Athenauras Studios. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • High order volume periods
  • Product launches and promotional events
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected operational delays

If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (TRINIDAD & TOBAGO)

We offer multiple delivery options for customers within Trinidad and Tobago, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs during checkout.

TTPost Shipping

Weight-based shipping is available through the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time: 2–3 weeks after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery through local postal infrastructure may result in longer delivery windows compared to courier-based services. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any known delays Tracking information will also be provided by email where available, allowing you to monitor your shipment through TTPost.

Delivery Service

We also offer flat-rate delivery through a trusted third-party Delivery Service. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

Pop-up Event Pickup

If Athenauras Studios is attending an upcoming pop-up event, you may select the next popup event during checkout (when available). Your order will be prepared for collection at the selected event and you will receive an email confirming when it is ready for pickup.

If you are unable to collect your order at the selected event, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative collection or delivery option.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, delivery location and number of items ordered.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Athenauras Studios does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within Trinidad and Tobago.

We appreciate your interest in our products and hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please check back for updates or contact us if you have any questions.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays and postal service disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Natural disasters or public health emergencies
  • Transportation interruptions

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will communicate any known disruptions that may affect your order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to assist you.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reporting a lost package, as postal delays are common and packages often arrive after the estimated date.

Please note that Athenauras Studios cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal carriers, customs agencies or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We strongly encourage you to verify your shipping address before completing your order.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear in the carrier system after your shipment is collected.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Athenauras Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

POLICY UPDATES

Athenauras Studios reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
